Anna Alizadeh has successfully represented clients before the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Labor, Department of State, Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), United States Citizenship & Immigration Services, and United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

She is admitted before the United States Federal District Court, United States Court of Appeals, Eighth  Circuit, United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and Minnesota Supreme Court.

She is also an active member of the Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association (ABA), American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Minnesota State Bar, Minnesota Women Lawyers, and French Chamber of commerce.

She focuses her practice on US Immigration law representing clients in healthcare, Information Technology, biomedical, Investment management, Energy, and E commerce industries.
